Bonjours, le bloque d'alimentation de ma Xbox One Elite fonctionne très mal, impossible de jouer plus de 20 minutes, le bloque d'alimentation cesse d'alimenter la console au bout de 20 minutes de jeu.

J'ai besoins de remplacer ce bloque, je ne sais pas où je peux en acheter un, ni combien coûte la pièce.

Auriez-vous des informations ce sujet ?

De plus je trouve ça aberrant de ne pas pouvoir contacter le SAV de microsoft concernant la xbox one, de n'avoir qu'un forum de support communautaire uniquement en anglais et pas dans d'autre langue.

Il est bien loin le temps des sav de qualité chez Microsofts.

Y a t-il des francophone ici ?

Je suis actuellement en trains d'utiliser le tchat du support microsoft xbox, mais ça fonctionne uniquement sur Internet Explorer, pas sur Firefoxe. C'est agaçant quand même.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue. As mentioned by Customer Support, the Microsoft Store is out of stock
and will not be resupplying. Due to this, we recommend reaching out to a 3rd party store to order a Power supply. Feel free to create a Discussion to receive feedback from the community. Here in Xbox Forums, we do not have the appropriate resources and tools

J'ai pue contacter le service client via internet explorer, ils sont en rupture de stock et me conseil d'aller plutôt acheter chez un revendeur comme Micromania ou Amazon...

Thanks for reaching out to the community for support on this issue.

I can totally see how having your console turn off consistently could be frustrating.

I would say that if you haven't already, to try the steps outlined here on our

Xbox One Power Supply Solution to help determine if it does need to be replaced. If it does need to be replaced, you might need to go to a third party vendor to purchase one as the power supply is no longer supported by Microsoft.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select
See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Il faut également vérifier si le voyant du bloc d'alimentation s'allume ou pas afin de définir si il faut remplacer ce dernier :

Oui le voyant d'alimentation s'allume quand il est branché sur le secteur c'est quand le bloc est branché la console que le bloc s'éteint
