Xbox one download speed is super slow!

Are you wired or wireless? Try a wired connection. Your WiFi signal will be split between every device that connects via WiFi.

try restarting your router by unplugging the power from the wall outlet/socket for at least 5 minutes (while your router is off you might as well Power Cycle your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds then unplugging the power lead from the wall
socket.

then plug the router back in and wait for it to fully initialise (all the lights solid green) then plug your Xbox back in and connect to the internet and live.

that will clear the caches in both the router and Xbox and will hopefully speed things up a bit.

As mentioned above, Try a wired connection to help with the download speeds, If that does not help and you are still experiencing slow download speeds your Internet Service Provider could be throttling your speeds for high bandwidth downloads

I checked my internet and I get 200mbps download and my xbox is only getting 10mbps. It takes like a day to download a game and it was not always like this I always used to download games super fast but now my xbox is super slow when downloading
games I dont know what the problem is I have tried everything on the forums but nothing is working.

Is it possible that your Internet Provider is throttling your downloads from high bandwith sites?

To save money, some ISPs throttle the download speed from some sites that cause a lot of bandwidth. Be it video download sites like Netflix, or content delivery sites like the Xbox marketplace or Steam with their large game downloads.

Unfortunately, ISP's like to keep that throttling a secret, and if you try to do a speedtest, and they detect you are accessing a known speedtest site, they will temporarily put you on the "fast lane" during the measurement.

So you could try to do a speedtest on your PC while you are downloading on your console.

Also be aware, that if you do anything else on the console (playing an online game, or watching a streaming video), the console automatically throttles the downloads itself, to prioritize your multiplayer data packets or prevent buffering for your streaming
video.
