    So then purchase the game on your Xbox One instead of xbox.com.

    I bought a xbox one in the bestbuy store, in Kissimmee, FL, with promess code to redeem forza 5 free. It was stamped at box. Went it tried to download, nothing happened, so i came back to retailer and asked for my code, wich had to be in the receipt and
    wasn,t. The manager says that was a xbox problem, and not retailer trouble and that i had to seek xbox to receive my promotional code.

    I,m in trouble, because i bought exactily to get Forza 5 to my son, and now, he is crying and asking me for other brand to grant that game.     Has any percentage of the game Installed? if so, try completely uninstalling it from the 'manage game' options (Press the menu button to bring this up when the minecraft tile is highlighted in 'my games and apps') and attempt to re-download it
