    Xbox One doesn't work with the Thomson DBI8500E-TLN2


    Hi, I just want to let you know that my Thomson box doesn't work with the Xbox One. The picture goes blank, freezes and doesn't update. (I'm in Europe and have the 50 Hz setting enabled. The TV box output is set to 1080i and the Xbox One is set to 1080p.)

    It works when I directly connect my xbox to my Thomson modem

    Mic doesn't work with xbox one

    I got a Sades SA-807 2016 mic and it wont work with the xbox one. IT sees it with the mic icon but no one can hear me. The Mic works perfectly fine in Windows 10 and the Mic is Xbox one compatible. I have tried the xbox help articles,
    YouTube and just playing around with the settings. Is there anything else i should try?

    Hi, I partly resolved the issue by setting the TV box to output 720p. There are still issues with certain menus not being displayed, instead of the menu I get a black screen. From another forum I learned that another user share the same problem (he could
    however work around it by selecting a standard definition channel, then the menu would show, this doesn't work for me though). Also tried setting the TV box to 576p but that didn't resolve it either. Strange.

    The latest update(1404) seems to fix these issues.

    My modem is Thomson TG782T

    Service provider is bigpond

    I have tried restarting the connection still doesn't work, the weird thing is we used to be able to connect about a year ago
