xbox one doesn't seem to cache anymore

xbox one doesn't seem to cache apps and games anymore. Recent apps restart from scratch. Recent games start with no sound/picture and require total reboot of console in order play. The only recent changes to my xbox circumstances have been getting a new
router and my Gold membership ending and then restarting.

It's stuck at 61%. It doesn't even count anymore... I reinstalled the Xbox One Video app, and cleaned my Xbox cache. Bud nothing works.. Any idea's?!

 

Audio out of sync with my TiVo Premire

I am having the same issue with my TiVo Premire.

Any news on this issue?

It's quite annoying.

Also, it doesn't seem 1080p anymore when passed through the Xbox One

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. This is definitely not a common issue. At this point I would recommend performing a

software factory reset while keeping games and apps downloaded. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

If you’re ready to reset your console to the factory default settings, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
7. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps

Make sure you know the account log in information, as you will have to redownload accounts to the xbox.

I've tried the Reset option, already.

 

Resetting the console to factory settings makes no difference.

I've done this twice now and the problem of no cache persists.

Just need a bit of clarification. ヽ(•‿•)ノ

Per stated by the Forum representative above, yes it is best to do a Soft reset to the console.

That will be able to reload the system information and resynch the data, but if that does not resolve the issue then do a FULL CONSOLE RESET.

Clarification-

Does this happen to 1 or 2 apps or all?

No games have sound and picture (all games?)

> Make sure the console is set to HDMI > settings> Display and sound> Video output> Video fidelity and overscan> set to HDMI/ or Auto (if its already set to HDMI, then change it to something else, then go back to HDMI.)

Note If you select DVI, HDMI audio will be disabled. You won't have audio unless you're using optical audio.

Problem was:-

Playing Assassins Creed Origins

Then opening Youtube

Going straight back to Origins would get me either a black screen with sound, or Origins picture, but no sound.

Video output was set to Auto. I have just changed it to HDMI and back again and that seems to have solved the problem.

Youtube/Origins seem happy again.

Not quite sure what the problem was, but the video output route seems to have solved it.
