    controller solution     for some simple troubleshooting steps you can use on the controller. A

    repair     may be needed if the controller remains unresponsive.

    Offline mode

    My wife uses a Xbox One S in offline mode. It has not been connected to the internet after the initial updates. She uses it to play a bunch of kart like racers. I have offered to connect it, but she does not want to deal with updates.

    Does the XO support 1024x768 resolution?

    The Xbox One does NOT support 1024x768 and it does NOT support 4K and it does NOT support 1080i. The only resolutions the Xbox One supports are 1080p, 720p and 640x480. It is severely limited in the resolutions it supports, especially in comparison to
    the Xbox 360.

    There are a bunch of requests on the new Xbox feedback site (http://feedback.xbox.com) requesting that additional resolutions be added in an update. If you want 1024x768 or other resolutions to be added
    you can vote on some of them.
