Xbox one disconnects Profile in the middle of a game

hi, when playing a game the xbox one disconnects my profile. This causes the game to quit even in the middle of a mission, what makes it impossible to play the game anymore. This actually happened in red dead redemption ii. After disconnetion i have to chose
my profile again (there is only one) and restart the whole mission. It sometimes happens for example after 30 seconds and then after 1 hour and then maybe after 15 minutes again.

The xbox is connected via cable and the connection is reliable. I have no known problems with the interenet.

It just started happening a few weeks ago and i have no idea what i can do.

Thank you for your reply, I already found this guide before but it did not solve the problem. For now the suggested solution above (removing the profile and turn the console off) seems to work.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

I´ll observe this problem for a while and come back if this olves my issue finally.

Try to perform a
power cycle. If it doesn't work, delete the profile from the console and re-download it again.

Can you indicate us the network configuration of the console? Have you set a dynamic IP?
