    Hello everyone,

    Since november 2018, the console has disconnecting the controller and the Internet connection (as it Wi-Fi or cable), being unable to play online games and use the controller remotely.

    The Internet and the Controller works for something like 5 minutes after I turn on the console.

    First, I tried to update the controller firmware to it last version, and nothing.

    Then, I tried to factory reset the console and... no, it keeps.

    I tried to install OSU 1 (the 2 and 3 doesn't work), it worked for 2 days without any disconnection and the problem came back.

    I tried to install OSU 1, then factory reset the console, and it worked again for something like 3 days and the problem came back.

    I tried to factory reset the console, then install OSU 1, and again, it works for some time and then the problem is back.

    I've tried all the simple things, since cleaning the MAC address to these the I have said before.

    Please, help me!

    Well, my Xbox One is connected into a wall socket directly, wich is 220V.

    I've tried a Ethernet cable, but the Internet keep disconnecting with the controller.

    What can it be? The Wi-Fi card? Can I buy the Wi-Fi card online?

    Internet problem

    Hi there,

    have you check if internet itself disconnects and reconnects on router/modem side?

    And are you connected via Wi-Fi or via cable? If you are connected via Wi-Fi try to see if the same thing happens when you are connected via cable.

    Faulty Xbox One again!

    After trying many things I have found out my Xbox One only keeps shutting down when it is connected to the internet, if I plug in the internet cable or connect using wi-fi it will shut almost immediately, but when it is disconnected from the internet it
    will stay on all day....weird.

    MacBook problem

    Is your 360 connecting to the Internet via Wi-Fi or via an ethernet cable? If connecting via Wi-Fi, the MacBooks may be interfering with the 360's wireless signal. That would cause you to disconnect from Xbox Live.

    If you remove the batteries from a controller and connect it to the console via USB, does the same thing still happen?

    One cause of controllers disconnecting when being used wirelessly is a faulty Wi-Fi card, as that also handles controller connections, but if it's happening with controllers connected via a USB cable as well, it won't be that.
