    xbox one disconnecting from xbox live


    Recently my xbox one has been disconnection from xbox live every 30 minutes to an hour. I have two xbox ones in my house and one of them does not get disconnecitng, only my xbox gets disconnected. My NAT type is open and my wifi is fine. I reset my xbox
    and turned on/off my router. Why is my xbox one getting disconnected from xbox live every 30 minutes?

    You don't have to disconnect from Xbox Live. Just decline the patch when it presents you with one and it will just install off the disc first.

    netgear router, works fine my other xbox one runs on same router and has no trouble.

    Are you using port forwarding or UPnP. What is the make and model of your modem and also what is the model of your Netgear router?
