    Xbox one disc error showing as Xbox 360 disc


    Hello, I’ve been getting an error with my Call of Duty Black Ops 3 disc not playing when inserted. It starts to reinstall the game again then it says installation stopped. This is the only disc I have this problem with on my console. The disc is clean
    and has no scratches. When I go to the play disc program the console pops up a error message saying this disc is not backwards compatible as an xbox 360 game? Any help would be awesome! Thank you, David

    My Xbox doesn't want too so anything

    Is my Xbox One showing signs of failure because weather I'm playing an Xbox, 360, or One game, or I choose too watch a DVD/Blu-ray disc, or even decide too watch Netflix I constantly receive an error code.

    hello david, this message is shown when a xbox 360 game is not yet on the backwards compatible list, after checking this list my self call of duty black ops 3 (xbox 360) is not yet on the list

    Thank you for the quick response BackwardSean, I messed up in my original question. I did not mention that the disc I bought brand new and this is an xbox one disc. The error i get states its unable to play due to the disc being a 360. The disc is for
    an xbox one not the 360 that is jist the error i get. Thank you again for any help you can offer.
