    can anybody tell me when the xbox one digital tv adapter will be available in New Zealand ?

    & when will it be supported in the New Zealand region on the xbox ?

    live tv on the xbox 1

    Just install the microsoft digital tv adapter.

    had to switch to the UK region to get it to work. - can watch all the freeview channels. the EPG does not work.

    my question is - when will the digital tv adapter work with the new Zealand region ? (seeing as the UK channel settings work for NZ freeview)

    secondly - how can I get the NZ EPG working ?

    Hi Wiz,

    Presently New Zealand is not supported for Voice commands or STB (Cable/Sat) Box support. We know our users want to utilize these features on their new console and we are working to add support for those regions as quickly as possible so our team is working
    with the STB makers and TV Providers in each region to gather up all the information we need so that we can begin offering those features in the other launch regions. As far as the Kinect team I know they are working to add voice support to additional regions
    as quickly as they can.

    Sorry, but IR control is only available in regions with Premium Voice support. I know the team is working hard to enable that in more regions.

    Disney confirmed that Disney+ app will be available on iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Google Chromecast and
    Xbox One at launch.

    In addition to the US, Disney+ will available in Canada and the Netherlands on November 12. On November 19th, Disney+ will be available in Australia and New Zealand.

    same resolution. So, based on the physical connections available on your TV, the only way to get 720p is either by an analog component (YPbPr/RGB) or digital cable. Of those, the only ones currently available and supported by Microsoft for the Xbox 360 are
    the HDMI Cable, Component HD AV Cable and VGA HD AV Cable (also the SCART adapter in the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand), see "How to connect your
    Xbox 360 S or original Xbox 360 to a TV    ". Note, that because of possible DRM (Digital Rights Management) issues, the resolution via the Component HD AV Cable and SCART adapter maybe restricted. Therefore, depending on source material, the best way to ensure
    that you are viewing the highest possible resolution from your Xbox is to use HDMI.
