Xbox one digital games crash then won’t open

Ok so for about 2-3 months when i am playing a game it will freeze the sound will buzz and the game will shut itself down. When i go and try and reopen the game it will be open for about 5 seconds then it will close itself. I have tried a lot of things like
clearing the cache and deleting my profile and reinstalling it and that doesnt seem to work. I have found a sort of temporary fix where if i move the game from mt internal to a external that gives me a bit of time, but when i play a game from my external cut
scenes have the sound cut and skip randomly. So im at a bit of a loss i can play a game for 30 minutes then have to wait up to 20 minutes to move it just to play some more. Not sure what i should do to be honest. If anyone has had something similar and managed
a fix i would be very greatful to know how you did it.

    :)

Forza Horizon 4 on XBox One Crashing

    Hello

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums regarding this situation. I understand you're having trouble with Forza Horizon 4 crashing during gameplay. Take a look at this helpful support article:

“My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes during gameplay” . Are you trying to play the game as a digital download or is it on disc? You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling it too.

Let us know with a reply how it goes!

I bought the vault edition upgrade for mw3 and it’s not working

I got the game by sharing with a different Xbox (which only works with digital games). The game was purchased digitally on a separate account and Xbox but I am able to play it on my account and Xbox from game sharing. Is that why my digital vault edition upgrade won’t work?

Diablo 4 crashing to home or turning off xbox before getting to queue

Crashing on me as well. Love it when you pay 70 bucks and the game won’t work and no one does anything…no way to get your money back or anything?!? Ridiculous

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus black screen

I tried to reinstall the driver and the driver software, but the game crashed after opening the game. Now there is no pop-up window and black screen, it just crashed directly. After opening the game, it crashed directly after one or two seconds.
