Xbox one digital copy of Far Cry 4 Unavailable.

I purchased digital copy of Far Cry 4 last month and am receiving the following message when attempting to launch the game:

"Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. If there's no disc, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have the rights to play it you'll have to buy it at the Xbox store. (0x87de07d1)"

I purchased a digital copy so there is no disk and when attempting to see it within the store it shows a status of "Unavailable".

Please advise as I cannot currently play this game!!

Digital copy of Far Cry 4 Unavailable

I have had this issue since yesterday where Far Cry 4 will not load. Tells me I need the disc. It is a digital copy. So I reinstalled and now it has been queued since last night. Not even 1% has downloaded since last night! Ugh! I complained to Ubisoft and
they are blaming Xbox. I bought a $90 game I cannot even play!!!!!

Was the game purchased under the right account? I recommend contacting our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page so they can verify the game was purchased
under that account.
