Xbox one deleted around 300gb worth of my games

Hi, im liam and recently i had 61 games on my xbox taking up around 800gb, and recently 300g worth of games disapered out of nowhere, the wernt even moved to my ready to instal, leaving me with now only 42games.

and im not talking small titles no it deleted my pubg, red dead redemption 2, halo master chief collection, rocketleauge, portal 2 and aperently more considering i had 61 or more also this includes from my ready to instal list, not only that but if it werent
for my pinning of the non disc games i would see no way of reinstaling.

ive had some other issue with games apps when theyve been updating and the console gets restarted or unpluged and it moves all paused items in the queue to a “hidden gueue” which just require you to launch the game and it will reapear once you get the mesage
‘wait for this game to instal first’ but it certainly doesnt delete it of the face of the earth.

sorry for any typos and the formating im doing this kindof ranty(?) and its 4am this happend a couple of days ago and i went to get help amidiatly after but microsoft had decided to replace the tech support with “xbox gamers” which doesnt do
[mod removed-profanity] (idk if it will let me post with it spelled out) because they cant help you from their end and only from past expereances when actual tech support can see statistcs and whatever and the “gamer” cant do

Ive had the xbox one since i would say christmas 2014 and have used it ever since

I made an error with the number its 61 with ready to instal but im down to 450gb of storage when it was around 3/4 full and because i was considering a new hard drive but the weird thing is is that it nearly makes sense but it doesnt.

all games but 1 where on disc(if ive found all the ones)

all but 1 game where in queue

i think it uninstaled my hitmans as well but theyre now in ready to install

And probably 7 hours a day if you spread it out to every day and the holidays ive been away mainly 12-16 hour sessions, ive got nothing better to do not like i live in town cause i dont

I might hold of on that since i have a lot of data to sync and that can take hours but if it happens again and its not a 1 off ill make sure to do it.

i have seen that other people have had this happen to them too but not at this scale. And i also remember a bug where if you hadnt played a game for a long time it would dissapear from the list,still counted for but youd have to launch it from somewhere
to make it re apear but it never deleted it

That is odd. You may have a corrupted file somewhere causing issues. Which may mean you might have to factory reset the whole console and start over. From what you're telling us that would be something I would strongly consider.
