    Xbox One day one version power issue.


    The cables are fine. I have tried multiple power units, it is clean, I turn the power on and it makes the ding sound and lights up and the power goes right back off. I'm looking for someone to give me a clear idea what I am looking into when I open it up. As I haven't had warrenty on it since 2015. My best bet is to self operate. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, what version of the Xbox One do you have? is the power button a mechanical button or the touch version? May be an issue with the power button?

    I have both versions.... One on a XBOX ONE and Another For the XBOX SERIES X... same issue on both systems, 3 days ago it was working fine... and would crossplay fine with my friends on the older xbox versions

    Not sure, But the Xbox One version has a lot of Screen Tearing....It is sad that this supposedly Great powerful consoles still has this issue.

    I really need a xbox one x owners answer.

    I got the project scorpio version on day one that had an issue with the power brick and got it replaced under warranty. Have not had any issues since then. Not sure if that helps you make your decision but that has been my experience.
