Xbox one Day one Achievement

Hello,

I just had the telephone support that redirected me to you.

I entered my code Achievement Day one on my xbox one but achievement does not appear !!!

It is in my download history yet.

What can I do to make it appear?

Can I Still Redeem Day One Achievement

The Day One Xbox Live subscription card will unlock Dark Jago in Killer Instinct for you, but not the Day One achievement. The achievement was only in Day One edition console boxes.

I have an xbox one of day one I used the first day of the achievements of the card but did not get the first day of achievement

 

Where you on another profile when enter it on the one?

 

No i hâve only one profil, i enter the code i hâve confirm and all was ok but the Achievement dont appear.

The download appear on the download history on xbox.com but i cant download it again.

Sorry but I exactly have the same issue and someone told me to contact the advocacy team and I really couldn't find a way to reach them

 

I hâve contact the hotline by phone and they told me to post hère for an answer... They cant do anything....

 

I compared the achievement with a friend who already and I see that mine is 100% but locked.....

2. The code redeemed.
3. The date you redeemed it on.
4. Where you redeemed it (console or website).
