Xbox one dashboard says "renew xbox live gold" even though I already have gold

Discus and support Xbox one dashboard says "renew xbox live gold" even though I already have gold in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So instead of the games with gold tab it's just renew gold.     Xbox one dashboard says "renew xbox live gold" even though I already have gold


    So instead of the games with gold tab it's just renew gold. Which is weird because I've been playing Destiny and Battlefield 4 and Forza multiplayer.

    I mean you can't play Destiny without gold even. So I don't want to miss out on the games with gold, didn't happen before I added my brother's account to my Xbox.

    Cannot download games with gold

    Whenever i try to download a games with gold i get a message saying instalation stopped and when i try to resume the installation it says "Renew your membership to play this game" even though i already have xbox live gold.

    the xbox live gold code is correct but on the console it says that I have to enter the correct one even though it is on xbox live

    Hi, It's the ambassador site that's saying i don't have gold, and has locked me out of the ambassabank and forums even though my profile subscriptions says

    Xbox Live Gold

    1 Month Xbox Live Gold

    Renews On: 11/22/2014

    as i put a couple months on. Not sure if it'll fix itself. I did contact Microsoft about this issue but they said to post here cause they didn't know themselves what was wrong.

    I know for a fact that it will not even allow me to even connect, as it says there is a problem renewing the account's gold, and then signs me out. The problem is, the Gold Family Plan was renewed around February, and is saying it is out already.

    Renew 3 Month Xbox Live Gold Membership: Available only to participants who are Xbox Live Gold members renewing their Gold subscription as of the Program start date. Participants must be Xbox Live Gold members at the time of renewal. Xbox Live Free members
    and Xbox Live Trial Gold members purchasing a subscription are not eligible. Each three (3) month Xbox Live Gold membership purchased during the Program Period will earn thirty (30) Microsoft Points, up to a maximum of one hundred-twenty (120) Microsoft Points
    during a twelve (12) month period. To renew your Xbox Live Gold subscription, either redeem a Prepaid Live Gold subscription, purchase a subscription from your Xbox 360 console’s Dashboard, or visit
    www.xbox.com/.../Membership during the Program Period. Users of Prepaid Live Gold subscriptions will be credited upon actual renewal date, defined as the time the previous subscription

    So basically, if you've already redeemed 4 3 month cards during the last 12 months, you are only able to earn a maximum of 120 points. That could explain why you are missing points.
