Xbox One Dashboard Promotion

I've recently talked to Xbox agents, and Supervisors about this issue. I have literally over 2 hours of call time talking to them trying to get this issue resolved. I try to purchase the $47.99 deal on the Xbox dashboard, multiple times, and it gives me
the message " try that again, something went wrong on our end, maybe waiting awhile will help ", and it's been giving me this same message for over 2 weeks. I spoke with a agent for over an hour last week before he finally transferred me to a Supervisor because
he couldn't figure out what was going on. The agent had me go through all the normal troubleshooting procedures, gave me a code to try for a free month, and that code wouldn't work either. Once I was talking with the Supervisor, she stated the problem was
that I had a prepaid prescription, and that it wouldn't let me buy the promotion deal or anything until my prepaid subscription expired. She said to wait to purchase the promotion after my subscription expires. My subscription expired yesterday, so I did as
the supervisor said and attempted to buy the promotion for 1 year for $47.99 on the dashboard and yet again, it gave me the same message " Try that again, something went wrong on our end, maybe waiting awhile will help." So I contacted an agent today, the
1st agent hung up on me after she put me on hold for 20 minutes, probably because she couldn't find anything out about the problem, and the 2nd agent I just got off the phone with, for over an hour, referred me to this forum, and said she'll try and get a
supervisor to contact me ASAP about this problem but that all the current supervisors were busy. So, please, someone help me fix this.
