Xbox one dashboard is mostly blank

My Xbox one dashboard recently has been devoid of most content such as my community stream, my store tab has no pictures or anything on it no promotional material whatsoever, I can't see the monthly xbox live free games or sales it's just all gone and instead
all I see is a white border outline on each page/tab I can still play games just can't see what's in the store or the one guide or what achievments my friends have unlocked any solutions?

My xbox one dashboard shows nothing but the apps and games I have installed, nothing from the store or community shows up at all. My internet connection is fine, I'm able to watch Netflix just fine and see my friends online, there's just nothing showing
up on my menus.

I dont have any pictures on my xbox one dashboard. None of the apps store display any pictures and netflix also has no cover art for any of the films they are completely blank? I anyone else having this problem or can suggest a solution?

 

Firstly you will need to carry out a hard reset to the console as this usually resolves most issues.

To hard reset the console press and hold the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds to force the console to filly shut down, when the console has shut down and power brick light has gone orange unplug the power supply from the wall outlet
for 2-3 minutes. Once you have don this plug everything back in and power up the console and hopefully everything will be okay afterwards.

 

I have done this it solved the problem temporary. Because the next time I turned on my Xbox everything was fine but the time after that it went back to having problems. I don't want to have to do a hard reset every time I want to use it. Is there any negative
effects of using hard reset?

 

I have exactly the same problem with this brand new Xbox One. Very few of the content bricks have images or colour. There are also no colour options to choose from in preferences. It's as if the large update that downloaded when first plugging the console
in failed to download all the content. Unplugging and plugin back in did not solve the issue.

 

I've had the same thing happen intermittently for a few weeks now. I believe the problem is with my ISP, Comcast. What has been happening is that I get quickly booted from Xbox Live and my Xbox tries to get back online but not all of the content loads in.
As soon as this happens check out another device on your network to see if that too got kicked. I noticed that my phone and iPad lost a connection at the same time. The only way that I have found to make it work has been to turn the modem off and then on again.

So is there no solution? I have done hard reset on 3 separate occasions and it fixes nothing plz help

 

I have the same issues and did all the restarts and unplugging with no changes. My Xbox one is only bought 4 days ago.

 

you can pull both trigger and y to refresh dashboard..but we need to wait for a fix because in my opinion it's a bug and only Microsoft can solve the problem...i've tried many solution but nothing solve this problem

 

I also get this problem of the panels not loading. But as sickness eight said you can refresh the page by pulling both triggers and pressing Y. And yes MS 'should' fix it. But they should fix a lot of things

Same problem as OP here, hopefully MS will patch it soon? I have only had my xbone a few days also.
