    XBOX ONE cuts it self off when loading any game. Games only not DVD or Blueray


    So my BOX restarts it self every time i get to the load screen of any game. I can watch movies. I can download games. I can do everything but every time I try to play a game ( DISK OR DOWNLOAD) it cuts the box off i have replace the power supply and done
    everything other then factory reset. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

    my Xbox one will no longer play blueray disks. only games and regular DVDs are recognized. what gives? is anyone at Microsoft on this problem?

    Xbox one will not Recognize DVD or backwards compatible games

    Seems like DVD and the xbox 360 backwards compatible games only, blueray works fine.

    The only one that I see on that list is actually the Arkham Origins game.

    When you put that disc in it is giving you this message?

    Are any other Disc games you own having this problem?

    Weird problem with xbox one

    I would send the unit back to the store for replacement, blueray drives have 2 laser lenses one for blueray and one red laser for cd/dvd discs, could be the blueray one is out of alignment or another issue, also blueray discs are a smidging thicker than
    dvd discs. Definately send it for repair.
