    Hi

    I am Bharat an online gamer for 10 years i had chat with account manager Dylan today.

    he doea not know how to handle customers and he disconnected my chat.

    He asked me so many question as my console freezes. I told him that i have done the steps already but still this bugger wasted my time.

    I do not kniw if microsoft investing their training ir not. God bless Microsoft but this is the last game i purchased on this platform...ps4 is good for me and their customer service as well. Thanks Dylan for harrassing me.

    Let me see if I understand you fully, you are upset that a hold was placed on your console for the full amount of the console/kinect/cables? So if they took off 75-100 bucks you would be happier? Does it really make a difference? You do have options you
    know. You dont have to opt into the advance exchange program. You could have setup a normal repair

    The hold was $500 plus tax. The console and all the accessories is $500 plus tax. For it to be the same amount of money it would make the accessories $0. I wouldn't mind if that were the case in the future I can get free replacements but I do not think it
    is the case. I am not trying to rip off anyone I just would like to be treated fairly and like a valued customer.

    1st off, unless you specified an issue with another item other than the xbox, all they send you is a replacement xbox. 2nd, they need your CCard so you dont rip them off, its common sense. 3) theres no such thing as a DAYONE console, there is only a DAYONE
    controller. 4) be happy youre doing this now and not later, at least you got a new unit. in a year they will only be sending refubs out.

    You return what ever items they send you. XB1 for XB1, etc... no more no less.

    Yes I would have been happier if it were less of a hold. I agree I could have went the other route. I think that a lot of the people on here must recieve stipends from Microsoft. Why do you feel the need to protect them.
