    Xbox One Custom Captures (Xbox Beta)


    I've been using the Xbox Beta app on windows 10, one of the many features is to upload custom pictures/captures so I decided to upload a capture of Black Ops 3. For whatever reason is does not show up in my console captures but when I click manage captures
    they pop up, but I am unable to share them with anyone, a error message keeps popping up saying 'Sorry, you are unable to share this at this time.' Can somebody please help?

    Captures Created on PC not showing up in iOS XBOX app

    Essentially none of my captures are showing up anywhere. I can create captures just fine. They just don't sync anywhere else. I have the latest Beta Channel release on the XBOX One S.

    An outdated version of the Xbox Beta app and Xbox Live server interruption are possible reasons as to why you're encountering this issue. Kindly answer the following questions and we'll advise the best approach in resolving this issue:
    • Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?
    • Have you tried sharing other game captures to check if the same issue occurs?

    In the meantime, we recommend running the Windows apps troubleshooter provided on this

    To check if there are updates available for the Xbox Beta app, kindly follow the steps provided on this

    On March 27, 2020, Xbox turned off a few features for custom uploads on the Xbox services. Here are the features that are impacted:

    Custom Gamerpics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club pics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club backgrounds on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom captures and game clips on Xbox Console Companion PC (Beta) app (Permanent)

    As people look to gaming for social connection, Xbox is seeing record numbers across Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Mixer. To streamline moderation and ensure the best experience for the community, Xbox has made small adjustments. Some features like uploading
    custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds are temporarily disabled.

    You will also be unable to upload custom images in the following areas:
    Custom Gamerpics on all platforms (Temporarily)
    Custom club pics on all platforms (Temporarily)
