    My xbox one continues to crash to a snow screen when trying to open an application. I have tried a soft reset and clearing of caches. No success. Any ideas?

    Thanks for coming to the forums. On the console
    power cycle the console off, but do not turn it back on. Once off want you to hold the
    power and eject button for 15 seconds or until you hear 2 beeps. This resets the resolution. Once done then try and go adjust the settings. Also, try a different HDMI port on the TV.

    NHL GameCenter Constantly Crashes (10/18/2014)

    Update: These crashes only seem to be happening with the NHL app on Xbox One, but not Xbox 360. I've turned on my old Xbox 360 and have been able to watch that same feed just fine without the application crashing back to the home screen.

    On the Xbox One the NHL App crashes back to my home screen after a couple of minutes of watching.
