Xbox one crashes and faults

I think XboX decided not to work more, but not by our own fault..

It's the upgrade fault that crashed it all, the conclusion.

I heard Event Viewer would be helpful for identifying the cause of the crash. I have no prior experience with it but this is what the log spits out at the time of a crash.

All i can say is full restart the xbox like you said you are doing and install one thing and see if the game keeps crashing then you will know if it was just a fault or it the xbox breaking i did have same issue and this fixed it.

If the "delete cloud save" is the only solution, then *** it as I have progressed quite a lot while playing on the Xbox One. From the release day till now, I still can't play the game on PCs. I have two PCs and both would crash out after right before entering
the gameplay from the starting screen (after the Press Enter scene).

Yes, contacting the support is a joke. They don't even know what they are talking about. I don't think they even understand what they are asking you to do. They just read out from some sort of script which they seem to randomly choose to try to resolve your
problem.

I have the same issue and opened a ticket a week ago. They have not been able to help me with anything yet.

If it doesn't crash at the start of the game I can go into rivals and play without any problems (basically the one thing I can do in the game at this point). If I don't restart rivals then it will crash back at free roam or going into free roam.

Nobody has added this to the known issues list yet.
