    xbox one crashed (insider) - what could I do?


    Good night. I'm Brazilian, so I'm sorry for possible mistakes in the text. Yesterday at 7pm, I went to turn on my Xbox One (fat), but it was already on, updating, however, I noticed that it was stuck at 68%. I am part of the Program Xbox Insider, probably this update was due to this, because for some time now the xbox has been asking me to update in the middle of online matches, suddenly. Anyway, I tried everything, and ended up doing the offline formatting with OSU1, I don't know if I did well in choosing this but it was the last option I had, because nothing went right. Even opening the troubleshooting menu and asking to reset to factory defaults, he would hang up and return to the update screen, still locked at 68%. Now it gives error E102, in an infinite loop and I don't know what to do .. my friend talked to a microsoft agente (support), and he said that the company offers free repair if the error was caused by the Xbox Insider program .. is this true? I also read on some sites saying that I could leave the insider program, and then download the update offline on my xbox. Anyway, I don't know what to do, if anyone knows anything that can help me, I would appreciate it too much, because my xbox is stuck in this loop: system update screen stuck at 68%, and then gives error E102, and stays in that loop...

    Thanks for trying, guys!

    We tested here for about an hour and couldn't get it to crash. We attempted to browse, but also tried watching some game streams. What exactly are you guys doing when it crashes? We can test that out here ourselves to see if we can get it to crash, too.

    Game Pass games crashing my Xbox

    Are you apart of the xbox insider program? Do you have an external hard drive? If so then try moving the games that crash to the other hard drive. Are you on an xbox one, s or x? Is your console set to instant on? If so try changing it to energy saving.
    Not really sure what else to do since you have already hard and factory reseted.

    We tested all those browsers out, except Go Browser because we cannot find that one, and still aren't able to see the crash to Home you guys are experiencing. What specifically are you watching? Without understanding what exactly is crashing it, we won't
    be able have anyone look further into this.
