    Hello! I bought Xbox One X Robot White couple month ago. Since then I changed SIX gamepads and sticks on all of them drifts. First gamepad was in the box with console, in couple days I noticed a little drift on left stick. Contacted support, they changed mine on another. Later I tested new one, and that one was WORTHER than previous. I contacted support again, they changed pad again. There is third. I tested it. Same situation third gamepad drifts. Camera or character in games moving by himself. I even didn't touch gamepad. I thought maybe new gamepad from store will be good. But I was wrong. I bought TWO other gamepads separately. From licensed store in Russia. All of them have the same problem more or less. So as a result 6 gamepads in 3-4 months of using Xbox and all of them have problems. Also tried to update the firmware on all of them. Nothing happens. Naturally, the impression is spoiled, there is no desire to play on the Xbox. Can somebody tell me, how to solve this problem? Can I write a complaint to Microsoft? I'm tired of sending gamepads to the service, this does not help at all. They send exactly the same broken ones. I apologize in advance for my bad English.     Is this an Xbox One controller, or an Xbox 360 controller? If it's an Xbox One controller, are you connecting wirelessly to the PC via Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter?

    Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

    There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

    The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

    The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.

    A 360 controller will work with a 360 console, and an Xbox one controller will work with an Xbox One, but a 360 controller will not work with an Xbox One and vice versa.
