    Xbox One controllers with PC - disconnecting when multiple active


    I have two Xbox One controllers that I connect to my PC through an Xbox Wireless Adapter. I have no problems when using one controller alone, but when I try to use both at the same time they will regularly disconnect repeatedly during games.

    The firmware is fully up to date on both controllers through the "Xbox Accessories" app.

    Based on your description, you have connected two controllers only on Xbox Wireless Adapter and you are encountering disconnection.

    To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

    1. May we ask if you have tried to perform troubleshooting listed from this support article: Set up Bluetooth on your Xbox Wireless Controller | Xbox Support ?
    2. Will issue persist if both controllers are connected wired to the PC?
    3. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?
    4. May we ask if you have other peripherals connected your PC wired or wireless? (like microphone, external hard drive, keyboard, printer, headset, and mouse)

    Sorry to hear about your controller. If you haven't already, try having your PC forget the controller and disconnect. If it still continues to disconnect, try uninstalling and reinstalling the controller drivers by following our
