    Xbox one controllers dissconnecting


    My Xbox one Controllers Keep Disconnecting And Iv Already Tried Updating It And New Batteries Both My Controllers Do This Iv Also Tried Wired Connection Which it still does it (yes I took the batteries out and new cable) even went to my 2g connection still disconnects does anyone have any other solutions?

    Have you tried useing a diffrent controller to see if it really is the controller. Try dissconnecting the controller from the xbox and reconnecting it to the xbox.

    Xbox Elite Controller 2 Disconnect, and cannot reply to relating issues

    It seems that have no other Bluetooth devices really helps with this controller (1.5hr without dissconnection), which mean no Bluetooth Headphones, no Bluetooth mouses, ... Cool

    Hey there, RusT Tee, Seems like a problem with the gamertag you have on your console. Try this out:

    -Press the Xbox Guide button(Xbox Logo)

    -Press X to sign out

    -Select Download Profile

    -sign in to your Microsoft account and password

    -wait for it to download your gamertag

    -then try again.
