    Xbox one controllers disconnecting


    After last update on xbox one all my controllers keep randomly disconnecting , before all controllers worked fine with connection ,( mid game , on home screen , Netflix / Youtube ) even when it's connected with a cable straight to the console.

    I've seriously tried everything , controller/console is up to date , console soft reset for the hardware, contaced an supervisor in the chat (did like an 100+ things he told me to still nada) , controllers works fine when connected to pc or mobile / tablet , ive tried an V1 , V2 And the newest one from 2020 (V3?) all keep disconnecting like every 30 seconds Even with cable connection!!.

    So maybe any one has an answer/fix on here? Cuz this is literally unplayable for any game right now..

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
