    Xbox One Controllers Breaking


    Anyone go through 2-3 controllers a year? I do. Microsoft just told me it must be my fault.

    My newest controller broke after two weeks and i have to ship it, wait for them to check it and wait for them to ship one back. So about a month considering the global pandemic.

    This is an awful process. Microsoft don’t care about their paying customers at all. I’ve had enough, going to Playstation like everyone else.

    XBOX One breaks HDMI control with Pioneer system

    I should mention that the XBOX One breaks the HDMI control just by being connected to the receiver. Even with the Xbox off, it still breaks the HDMI control of the other components.

    When I sent my Xbox for repair, it didn't cost me a dime.

    But honestly if you're having this issue with Microsoft, I can't exclude the possibility that it will be quite similar with other companies such as Sony.

    I think at microsoft makes good prouduct and there customer service is good i needed my xbox repaired and they help me straight away and got it sorted quickly.

    So it turns out I’m also supposed to pay for shipping this faulty piece of [mod removed] back to Microsoft.

    still not Microsoft’s fault how they deal with things?
