Xbox One controllers become unresponsive

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with a situation like this. I can totally see how this could bamboozle anyone but let's see if we can help. You state that this happens with any kind of controller you sync or connect to your
console, so then it would suggest that the source of the problem would stem from the console. I recommend trying some sort of

factory reset for sure (personally I would start with the one that says
keep my games & apps).

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if it positively affected the situation.

I have same problem. Already went through three Xbox One Xs. Latest build 1711 did not fix it.

Ok....i read something and cant try it now but wanna share it with you: Put your Xbox directly into the wall power plug and NOT into a multiple power cable (We say Steckerleiste in Germany) should fix it!! Some users say it works on Facebook.

Maybe give it a go......?!
