    My Xbox one controller won't scroll down and I'm wondering how that could be fixed

    If you have the receipt ypu can try to change it or check with Microsoft of the have any tipe of guarantee on controllers...

    I'm sorry to hear that the controller wont scroll down. Is there anything you have tried to troubleshoot the controller? If not the provided link above [

    If controller still won't scroll down, I would suggest to check with
    Live Support     to see if your controller falls under warranty to get replaced.

    Also, keep in mind that Xbox Accessories have a 90-Day warranty from purchase date.

    Hello!

    Are you able to scroll up? I would check to make sure nothing seems stuck physically on the controller. If everything looks good I usually suggest, if possible, trying to plug in via USB or connecting it to a different console just to verify that it is the
    controller itself. If it is the controller, replacing it is usually the only option. If you've had the controller less than 90 days it would still be under warranty. Otherwise most likely you would be looking at buying a new controller.

    Is this an Xbox One controller, or an Xbox 360 controller? If it's an Xbox One controller, are you connecting wirelessly to the PC via Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter?

    Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

    There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

    The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

    The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.

    A 360 controller will work with a 360 console, and an Xbox one controller will work with an Xbox One, but a 360 controller will not work with an Xbox One and vice versa.
