    Xbox One controller won´t turn on after update


    Hi!!

    I had an issue with my Xbox controller during the update in Windows 10. So now, i can´t turn on the controller. I need help to recover the firmware of the controller. I need to fix this with PC because i don't have an Xbox One.

    I can't find a manuel from Microsoft to reset the Controller. Maybe it's better when you contact the support Team.

    Yes! but i didn t have a solution to this problem. I saw in internet that the only way to turn on the controller in this cases is to connect the controller 15 minutes to the Xbox One, and that is a problem because i don´t have an Xbox.

    The only thing I could recommend: Is to use an undamaged Micro-USB cable (Smartphones generally have supplied Micro-USB cable for charger), and see if wireless controller will initiate, and complete another update of controller.

    You have to be careful when updating Controller or Console Firmware, as you could permanently brick either of the two.
