    Hi, i bought a wireless xbox one controller + cable, the cable light has never lit up. Is there a way to fix this?

    To help clarify, Are you using a 3rd party Micro USB cable to connect your Xbox One Wireless controller?

    It should light up as long as it's plugged into both power and the controller. If it's charging the controller, most likely the light on the cable is defective. If it's not charging the controller then it may be something with the power source, cable, or

    does it only glow when charging? i just use it for playing, wired. But other than the lamp being defective, it works

    Sometimes the light on the cable does not turn on when charging, as long as the controller charges, then you have nothing to worry about. If however it does not charge, then your only option would be to take it back to were you got it from and get a replacement.

    No. Only the Play&Charge battery pack. Not standard AA batteries.
