    I use a controller XBOX One that depits little, disconnects alone, in full play, vibrates randomly and the lights never turn off ( when the problems appears )) I would like to use the guarantee to have a repair, or to have a replacement, I have the invoice:

    Hi , I bought a wireless controller on 22 Nov 2017 from TOG branch (not from online store). I checked and found there was at least 90 days warranty from the date i purchased.

    But I failed for few times to register my controller. So how do I claim my warranty？ Thanks ！

    (P/S: I have no console, just a controller and charger kit for my laptop gaming ； Singapore region)

    I have the feeling that you might have stick drift this is a common fault with one s controllers best chance if it's still under warrenty to contactsupport or if the warrenty has ended to buy a new controller

    It sounds to me like controller drift. It is possible to take the controller apart yourself (using a guide) but if like me you didn't think you could, either send it away for repair or get a new one

    Unless it's still under warrenty but chances of controller drift while still within warrenty are low

    In all fairness, just buy another one. The controllers only have a 90 day warrenty. There are still Halo controllers out there to buy seperately.
