    Good evening all,

    I am having a frustrating time with my Xbox One Controller. The micro USB port on the front has stopped working. When I unplugged the cable, I saw the port moving up and down. I submitted a warranty request for this controller, as the virtual agent confirmed
    it was still under warranty. But after several frustrating emails, the agent informs it is not. What is the disconnect? Why can I not get a live person to talk to?

    Now I spent $60 on a piece of garbage that lasted two months whereas my Xbox 360 wired controller from 2013 still works (albeit not the best). On top of that, I'm going on military duty for the next few days that's just going to eat away at potentially
    getting this replaced. Compared to having service work done on my Xbox 360s, this new support is absolutely terrible. I'm sorry if I sound rude but I just cannot fathom how this happens.
