Xbox one controller warranty needs to be 1 year not 90 days

The warranty on the console is 1 year. However the warranty on the controller is 90 days. I am not sure what it is on the PS. You will not be able to exchange it for a new one you will need to purchase one.

That is correct Xbox controllers comes with 90 days warranty except the Elite series which comes with 1 year warranty.

I feel you are robbing your customers if we pay over $100 for one controller just to only have a 90 day warranty. This is unexceptable! Any product over $100 or at the least $60 should have more then a 90 day warranty. It is stealing from your customers
and wrong to not give a one year warranty for $100 product to be fixed when its your product that has the defect. Stop doing wrong to loyal customers!

Aee you sure its a defect or wear and tear

If its stick drift or buttons that later on wear out its wear and tear

You can have controllers like mine that work since launch

Its how you take care of your electronics

90 day warranty, you must be in the US, in europe its 2 years and in the UK its 1 full year of warranty. don't know how the US can justify having just 90 days of warranty on electrical items.

He quoted US dollars hence its us issue not a european issue

Cause you dont quote 100 for a controller since none are except elites and those come withbpapers for the warranty

And usually people add the title elite series

Any controller nowadays comes with 90day warranty except for the elite series which comes with 1 year

This includes ps4 xbox switch etc

I donno how yiu think this is abnormal

You dont pay over 100 for a controller if you are you got ripped off

Unless you are talking about elites which are 150

Which case it comes with a year and isnt in the general terms as its not a normal controller
