Xbox one controller vibrations

Hi!

I have a problem with my new Xbox One controller. I bought a controller 4N6-00002 with original Xbox cable and when i'm plug into controller any of my headphones joystick incessantly vibrates and when plug out it stop vibrates. I'm using Win 7.

Controller wont vibrate on destiny

My xbox one controller setting is set on vibrate on destiny and everything. The controller has no issue vibrating on call of duty and like so other games but on destiny it will not vibrate which is very irritating. The vibration settings are on and I have
reset the game many times. Any help would be GREAT!

I forgot to mention when i plug in a controller for the first time thaat error jumped out:

I would suggest using another USB bus. If you're controller is on the front of your PC try the back, or try another USB port if you're on a laptop. It seems that the USB bus is being overloaded to me.

Change controller vibration on Xbox One
Press the Xbox button to open the Panel, then select System > Settings.
Select Accessibility > Controller, then select Vibration Settings.
Choose the controller you want to edit and select Configure.
For an Elite Xbox controller, select the configuration profile you want to edit. Then Select Edit > Vibrate and move scrollable sliders to adjust vibration settings.
For the Xbox Wireless controller, select Enable Vibration to turn controller vibration on or off.

Hello. Thank you for posting on the xbox forums. To adjust the vibration on your controller. Follow the steps in the following link. Some games allow you to change the vibration from the in-game menu. May be worth a look. Hope this helps.

Your Xbox Series X/S controller should still work normally on Xbox One console.

Make sure to change your vibration settings.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings.
Select Accessibility > Controller, and then select Vibration settings.
If you have multiple controllers, choose the controller that you want to change and select Configure.
For an Elite Series 2 controller, select the configuration profile that you want to change, select Edit > Vibration, and then move the sliders to adjust the vibration.
For an Xbox Wireless Controller, select Turn on vibration to turn vibration on or off.
