    Summary: my Xbox One controller is interfering with bluetooth audio when both are connected to my laptop. I'm looking for support on running both.

    I have a Windows 10 laptop (MSI Apache GE62VR). I pair a bluetooth headset to the laptop, and audio works fine. Then I connect an Xbox One wireless controller via bluetooth, and the signal to my headphones cuts in and out badly, with horrible digital breakup
    and stuttering. When I disconnect the controller, the audio issue clears.

    I have tried three bluetooth headphones, same issue. I've tried two Xbox controllers, same issue. I've tried a Dualshock 4 controller, no audio interference with my bluetooth, but I prefer the Xbox controller and would like to use it.

    I've updated my xbox controller drivers, no change. It's not distance-dependent, as I get the exact same symptoms standing beside my laptop as I do across the room on the couch.

    For now, I can use the Dualshock, but I prefer the Xbox One controller.

    I've seen similar posts here but no conclusive answers. Anyone experienced this sort of problem and actually found a fix?

    Have you tried connecting the Xbox Controller without the mouse connected or is there any other kind of interference in the room?

    Hey there MattheadPlus!

    If you're connecting your controller via Bluetooth then you wouldn't be able use a headset through your Xbox One controller. For more information on what's support via Bluetooth check out this

    Xbox One Controller On Windows 10 Troubleshooter    . If you haven't already, give a direct wired USB connection a try to see if you're able to use your headset again.

    As Geth mentioned, Bluetooth connection to a Windows 10 device will work just fine for Xbox One controllers, depending on the model of the controller. Certain older Xbox One controllers do not support Bluetooth connections.
