Xbox one controller usb plug/charger plug not connecting and falls right oit

I need help or any solutions when I try to put the usb/charger in the controller it kinda goes in we’re it just kinda falls out and it dose not connect I was getting up and I kinda tripped on the cord and the controller fell and I came back and picked it
up and plugged it back in and it goes in wired and then doesn’t connect and it seems like where you plug it in the controller is pushed in idk this kinda pissed me off

You could plug the controller plug and charge kit through the USB port with your xbox and charge it that way.

Just like all other electronics that have input port for cables. You have to be careful of bending or breaking them as they are soldered to the board below or behind the connector.

There's really nothing you can do other than see if you can send it in for a repair by visiting Microsoft Complete for Xbox One with Accidental Damage Coverage

Note: Make sure your console is registered, then select accessories and you'll be able to find controllers to continue with a repair or replacement option via Warranty and Repair Services.

If you can't do that then you can either try using a plastic tool to position it back or purchase a new controller.

to connect a controller to a pc you need to plug the controller into the computer using a USB cable or phone charger

If you plugged it into a charger (such as the Play and Charge Kit) that's connected to your Xbox One, the controller will still be visible since it's now considered wired. You can turn the first (charging) controller off after it's connected, or you can
plug it into a separate source, such as a USB adapter that plugs into the wall (like you use for your phone). Then the console won't see it, and you can switch to your second controller.

When connected to the xbox there is some additional info going on which results in a little feedback (aka a light) and charges faster I believe as you are using the controller in wired mode.

When plugged into the PC it reads as a battery and only charges and you are using the controllers Bluetooth to connect to the PC. You could effectively plug your controller into a phone wall charger and it would charge while you play, much the same as the PC.

I haven't had my play and charge kit plugged into the actual xbox in years. Just the USB charger beside me. No worries you are good to go

I bought a 3tb hard drive and plug it up hooked it to usb on my xbox one console and it didn't detected it it wouldn't do nothing wouldn't read it or nothing what will cause this to happen if I plug a usb controller or phone charger in the usb hook up it
works great but extra hard drive it wont do nothing
