    Xbox one controller update problem and error


    I was trying to connect my Xbox one controller to my console until I could not and it told me that the version of the controller was very old and needed update and I decided to update it until it failed and my controller started to flash and from there I have no controller no I can not even move the menu or anything I can only see how my control stays blinking because of that update he can't play tonight damn

    Is there a known issue with headsets and mics on Xbox one today. We've tried all the troubleshooting but nothing works

    It has been quite some time since I have had this error, but when I had this happen I believe I updated my controller (using this tutorial) https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/update-controller-for-stereo-headset-adapter which fixed the

    I had the same problem I went to that link and did all the steps the controller update is the one that finally worked,even though it said my controller was up to date I hit update anyways and it worked immediately. Pass it on

    Xbox One controller problems!

    To ease this is a problem with the controller but there is a controller update coming to Xbox one. But first make sure you goto to settings Device & accessories and sign the controller to someone and click on update controller to the Xbox one. then accept
    the new update to fix this.

    Thank you Jesee, but I can not do this method with SX controller. I get an error and it is written that your controller has the latest update.

    Unfortuntly this method only works with series 2 and xbox one controllers only :(
    managed to solve ? I have the same problems, same update, headset connected and I have free drift
