    I bought an original xbox one controller like, 3 weeks ago and it has started to disconnect from the console and soon after connecting again, I take good care of the controller and its updated, what shoud I do?

    Xbox 360 controller won't sync to windows 10

    Hey there TG SilentStorm.

    You shouldn't need to unsync the controllers. Once you sync them with another device they should automatically unsync from a previous device. Have you possibly tested one of these controllers with an Xbox 360 to see if they're able to connect there?

    How many controllers is linked to your account on the console?

    There might be a interference with the frequency of the controller from other devices.

    You can link the controller with a Passkey to sign into your account when the controller Nexus button is pressed.

    Have you tried Setting up a headset adapter. Also
    Update your controller firmware
    again as there were two updates released back to back and so it recognises the adapter.

    The USB method is my preference
