Xbox One Controller TWITCHY

Hello, since you have already updated both controllers and you still have the same issue please try resetting your Xbox just to refresh your system.

Please follow those to reset it:

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Hiya, have you tried to reset the display settings of the console? If not, please that out by following the instructions
here. If resetting the consoles display settings doesn't fix this problem then if you have the possibility to either
try at a friends house at another SDTV with the same set of cables and see if the problem still occurs. This will tell you if it's the XBOX's AV port issue (which is what it seems like it is) or if it's the SDTV you are using.

Hi, If you could try what has been suggested, to illuminate the TV as the issue, that would be of great help. I only mention this, as I used to be a TV repair technician in my last job. And issues like this with SD tube(CRT) based TVs was quite common. They
are called vertical or horizontal partial field collapse. Intermittent like this are usually cased by dry joints on the TVs circuit board, or faulty capacitors. If it does not have the same issues on another SDTV via the same connection, then you will need
to have your SDTV repaired, or replaced with a newer HDTV with HDMI.

It's been a long while since I've played Warthunder since it's so twitchy trying to fly planes with an Xbox One controller. Have you checked the available planes list to see if the one included in the DLC pack is now available to you? The DLC may simply unlock the item in the planes list & then you have to acquire it from there.
