Xbox One controller turn off when I press the bluetooth button (PC and Steam Link)

Hi,

Drivers are updated. I think the probleme is from the controller itself. Why it turnoff after 1 second (it flashing fast) when I press the sync button ?

Edit : I thought when the batteries were low, the XBox Button turn orange. But no LOL. So I changed the batteries and it's now good.

Yes, I'm trying to connect my controller via Bluetooth on my Windows 10 PC (It worked before yesterday). When I connect my controller via USB Cable it works fine.

The XBox Button flashing slowly when it's turn on. When I press the sync button to connect via Bluetooth, the XBox Button flashes for 1 second and the controller turn off.

Thanks for the reply with update! Good to know that the controller is recognized when connected via USB; however, since the controller has worked wirelessly with Bluetooth in the past, sad to hear that it isn't now.

Since the Bluetooth functionality had been working, this is possibly something related to the driver for that connection itself. You may wish to try updating the driver manually via the Device Manager to see if it kicks it into gear.

1) On your keyboard, press Win+R(Windows logo key and R key) at the same time to invoke the run box.

2) Type devmgmt.mscand press
Enteron your keyboard.

3) Expand the branch Microsoft Xbox One Controller.

4) Right-click on the expanded Microsoft Xbox One Controller and select
Update driver (On lower Windows 10 versions, select
Update Driver Software).

5) Click Search automatically for updated driver software. Then Windows will install the new driver for the device.

6) Check to see if you can use the Xbox One Controller properly.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're Xbox One Wireless controller is not syncing up with your Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth is that correct? Are you using an Xbox One wireless controller adapter? Does the
controller itself stay on and flashing by itself for any amount of time? I would recommend you try connecting the controller to the Windows 10 PC via a USB cable (look for the port above the Xbox logo button in the top center of the controller). Give it a
