    Xbox One controller synchronization issue


    The Xbox one controller does not synchronize. If I press the sync button it does not start flashing faster, and if I connect it with the cable, when I unplug it does not stay connected to the console.

    HI SimoAspe,

    I've had a similar problem, I found disconnecting the console for 1 minute then restarting it worked.

    Controller Synchronization Issues

    So I played some last night (Mass Effect) with a controller that had fresh batteries and the synchronization issue came up again. In this instance, it was a quick disconnect/reconnect about an hour into gameplay. At this point, I am pretty certain it is
    a hardware issue with the Xbox, but please let me know if anyone else has any other ideas.

    Oh, this is also after I updated the Xbox system (no further updates for the controllers).
