Hi, i connect my xbox one controller into windows or the x box and it seems to have multiple buttones permanently pressed, but physically they arent pressed.

it shows in windows like this, i attach a pictura.

I really need your help, thanks.

As shown, it says almost every button is pressed, only 3 arent, but physicaly it isnt, dont know what to do.

yes but what is weird is that as soon as I press the a key of my controller the freeze appears and disappears when I will press again several seconds later

From what you are saying it appears that two controllers have been on and then one of them has been turned off. If the person just turns of the controller without actually signing out of the profile then you will get a message telling you to press a button
to join.

Sorry, the information was not very clear. To report an issue on Xbox without being Insiders you need to install an app called ''report an problem'' when you press the Xbox button on the controller the option to report an issue will appear.
