    Hello. At first I apologize for English, because I use a translator. My problem is a controller that loses connection to the console. Enables consoles and loses range. The second controller I have has no such problem and it works normally. I sent a non-functioning
    controller to Microsoft. Today I got exactly the same counter with which I have a problem. The Microsoft website states that after posting it is listed on another controller. The console is backed by March 2019, and is backed up by my Microsoft account. Do
    not I understand if they made a mistake and sent me my counterpart?

    Hi guys

    Similar to the person in the opening post/question.

    My analog joysticks are not working correctly - I assume you contact customer support and either request a replacement/repair service?

    If anyone has been through this or something similar, please let me know. Basically the analog sticks continually move the characters and do not sit centrally on the controller. Really irritating when you are playing anything!

    Any help is appreciated.
