    Xbox One Controller or Charger problem?


    My controller always goes off whenever the battery level goes down a little, even when I charge it up it keeps doing the same thing. So I was wondering do I need a new controller or a charger?

    Have you tried to charge the controller by just connecting directly to the console? Meaning, not using the charging dock and just connecting the controller directly to the console using a USB cable. If that works, it means that the issue is with the charger; if not, then it simply means that this is an issue with your controller.

    Nyko Charge or Energizer?

    I've used the Energizer charger with both the Xbox 360 and now the One and haven't had a problem with the charger or Batterys
