XBOX One Controller on MSI X570 Carbon Pro Wifi

Hey there,

stating my question from November 2019 (https://answers.microsoft.com/de-de...essageId=9e2740a4-5e27-4a44-9dba-faf75dfe1f14)

, i updated my controller to the newest Firmware and there are a few problems i couldnt sort out:

Sometimes the controller "loses" the connection for like 2sek before coming back up again and sometimes after turning the controller on it just wont connect until i either reconnect it via the windows10 bluetooth manager or turn it off up to 3 times until
the reconnect worked, it seems like some others have issues as well, i have every update installed and every driver up to date.

Are there issues known with the controller and the Intel Wifi6 AX200 card?

what happened to notice is that at those framedropes or sudden dc's the input time is drastically increased, from barely noticable to ~100to200 ms. After a short while everythings okay again, im at a loss here, maybe ill try an external bluetooth adapter
to see if the problem is solved or not. Some other guesses what could causing this?

bluetooth can get interference from the 2.4GHz wifi band

try disabling the wifi adapter to see if your controller is still losing connection

hey, i disabled my wifi the moment i finished installing windows 10. So this doesnt seem like to be part of it.

Just stream tested my old HP Compaq desktop (2009 - Intel Core2 Duo CPU E8500 @ 3.16GHz, 16 GB RAM [BIOS throttled to 1113MHz approx.], 1 GB LAN, with a NVIDiA NVS 310 GPU - OS Windows 10 Pro 22H2, OS Build 19045.2846, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0) and it streamed with no issues, except two very short freezes. But no issues with fps or controller responsiveness. Graphics were fine for the size of GPU.

So why can't my modern MSI X570s MB, ryzen 5 5500 CPU, 16 GB (3200 MHz) RAM, 2.5GB LAN with a GeForce GTX 1660TI with Windows 11 Pro do the same and or better? Would really like to find an answer.
