Xbox One Controller not working with Game Pass Mobile app

My xbox one controller works on other mobile controller compatible games, but only the X, Y, A, B, Home Button, Share, And Start buttons work on the game pass app.

This is totally wrong. There are quests on the Xbox Mobile App and the Mobile Game Pass App....prior to my advice above, I specifically checked the Xbox App itself and there were quests on there!

Im experiencing same problem, since few days controller doesnt work with any cloud game , only buttons X A B Y , rest analogic and arrows not.

controller and is updated and works correclty via USB on PC and also in the mobile device via bluetooth in the app, but in any cloud game it doesnt work anymore.

Troubleshoot is useless this is a general problem!!

PLEASE SOLVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This problem with cloud games has been occurring since May 16th, please tell us that you are working on the problem .... otherwise I will cancel the subscription and ask for a refund for the month already paid, because it is really a shame! !!!
